My exact recipe:
Whisk in a bowl 2 eggs and ½ cup of water. Whisk until you see slight foaming on top of mixture. Rinse pat dry chicken party wings (about 8-10) add to a separate bowl. Season chicken with McCormicks Roasted Seasoning Blend, Onion powder and paprika or use your favorite seasonings. Pour egg wash mixture over. Add a splash of hot sauce and yellow mustard. Toss chicken well. In a bag add 1 cup of flour then season flour with about 1 tablespoon of each seasoning above plus a dash of salt. Add in chicken then shake bag vigorously. Gently shake off excess flour. Sit chicken out on a wire rack for 5 mins while heating your oil (optional).
Heat enough Canola oil in a deep bottomed pot/skillet or deep fryer. When temp reaches 350 degrees… add chicken (don’t overcrowd) tossing chicken every 3-4 minutes til golden brown. When almost done add a few strips of green onion. Wings should be done in about 7-10 minutes. Drain in a coriander and serve
