Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or stew meat, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream or sour cream

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp flour (for thickening)

Salt & black pepper to taste

12 oz egg noodles

Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook noodles: Boil egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Sear beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, add cubed beef, and cook until browned. Remove from pan.

Sauté onion & garlic: In the same pan, melt butter, add onions & garlic, and cook until soft.

Make the sauce: Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add beef & cream: Return beef to the pan and stir in heavy cream or sour cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes until thick.

Serve & garnish: Pour sauce over noodles, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
