   **Ingredients:**

โ€“ 2 cups beef broth

โ€“ 1 onion, thinly sliced

โ€“ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

โ€“ 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

   โ€“ **For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:**

โ€“ 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered

โ€“ 4 cloves garlic, minced

โ€“ 1/2 cup milk

โ€“ 2 tablespoons butter

โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste

   **Directions:**

  1. **For the Salisbury Steak:**

โ€“ In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder. Form into 4-6 patties.

โ€“ In a skillet over medium heat, cook patties on both sides until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

โ€“ In the same skillet, add sliced onion and cook until soft. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil.

โ€“ Stir in the cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened. Return the patties to the skillet, coat with gravy, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
