* 1 tbsp Olive Oil
* ½ cup Onion, finely chopped
* ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
* ¼ cup Carrot, finely chopped
* 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
* 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
* 1 tsp Paprika
* ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
* Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
* ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
* 4 cups Seafood or Chicken Broth
* 1 cup Heavy Cream
* ½ lb Cooked Crab Meat (shells removed)
* ½ lb Cooked Shrimp (peeled & chopped)
* 2 tbsp Sherry (optional)
* Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, or Dill)

1️⃣ Sauté veggies – Heat olive oil in a pot, cook onion, celery, and carrot for 5 min.
2️⃣ Add garlic & spices – Stir in garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper. Cook 2 min.
3️⃣ Make roux – Sprinkle flour, stir, and cook for 1 min.
4️⃣ Add broth – Slowly mix in broth, stirring constantly. Simmer for 10 min.
5️⃣ Blend bisque – Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
6️⃣ Add cream – Stir in heavy cream, simmer gently for 10 min (don’t boil).
7️⃣ Add seafood – Fold in crab, shrimp, and sherry. Simmer for 5 min.
8️⃣ Season & serve – Adjust seasoning, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy hot!
