16 large mushrooms, stems removed
8 oz crab meat, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Arrange the mushroom caps in the prepared baking dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the crab mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
