Ingredients :
4 chicken breasts
️ 2 tablespoons of paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
200 ml of liquid cream
300 g of rice
600 ml of chicken stock
Fresh chives (for decoration)
Instructions :
1️⃣ Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt and pepper.
2️⃣ In a hot pan, melt the butter and brown the chicken on both sides. Reserve.
3️⃣ In the same pan, brown the onion and garlic until they are soft.
4️⃣ Add the liquid cream, mix well and put the chicken back in the pan. Leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
5️⃣ Meanwhile, cook the rice in the chicken stock until it is soft.
6️⃣ Serve the creamy chicken over rice, sprinkle with fresh chives and enjoy!
*Serving Tip:* Add a pinch of paprika on top for an extra pop of color and flavor.
