Creamy fish curry

 Ingredients:

4 steaks of white fish (cod, hake, etc.)
1 medium onion (around 80 g)
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 tablespoon of mild curry (or strong, depending on your taste)
200 ml of liquid cream (full or low-fat)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Mill pepper
A few sprigs of parsley or coriander for decoration

preparation:

1️⃣ Peel the onion (and garlic if you wish) then finely slice them.
2️⃣ In a frying pan or sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion (and garlic), lightly salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until they become translucent.
3️⃣ Sprinkle the curry into the pan, add pepper, then mix well to coat the onion.
4️⃣ Place the fish steaks in the pan. Let them brown for 2 minutes on each side.
5️⃣ Pour the liquid cream into the pan. Reduce the heat slightly and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of your steaks. Watch the cooking: the fish is cooked when it flakes easily with a fork.
6️⃣ Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Finally sprinkle with parsley or coriander before serving.
