– 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
– 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
– 3 tbsp butter
– 4 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ cup beef broth
– ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
3. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Add cooked pasta and seared steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
