For the Steak Bites:
• 1 lb sirloin or ribeye, cubed
• Salt, black pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Tortellini:
• 10 oz cheese tortellini
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• Salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to finish
Directions
1. Cook the Tortellini:
Prepare tortellini according to the package. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak:
Season steak cubes generously. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet and sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Add butter, baste, then remove from heat.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in cream, let simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
4. Combine Pasta:
Toss the cooked tortellini in the creamy garlic sauce until fully coated.
5. Serve It Up:
Plate the tortellini, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley and cracked black pepper.
