2 large potatoes, cut into fries
Vegetable oil for frying ️
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken: Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Bread the Tenders: Dip each chicken strip in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat for all strips.
Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C). Drain on paper towels.
Make the Fries: Heat oil in the same skillet. Fry potato strips for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Season with salt.
Prepare the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.
