Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
Stir in the remaining butter and lemon juice, coating the shrimp evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes:
Pair with pasta, rice, or a fresh salad.
Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
