Ingredients:

4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or any mild white fish)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Zest of 1 orange
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Orange slices for garnish

Prepare the Fish: Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear the Fish: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the fish and set aside.
Make the Orange Sauce: In the same skillet, add the orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, honey, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine: Return the fish to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets to coat. Let it heat through for 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Transfer the fish to a plate, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley and orange slices.
