Ingredients:
12 slider buns
1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
12 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
Stir the slurry into the beef broth and cook, stirring constantly, until the broth thickens.
Serve the sliders with the beef broth for dipping. Enjoy!
