Ingredients:
12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or any soft dinner rolls)
1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
12 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp minced onion (optional)
1 packet (or homemade) au jus seasoning mix
3 cups water (for au jus, or per packet instructions)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Layer roast beef evenly over the bottom buns, then top with provolone cheese slices.
4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced onion. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes, until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
7. While sliders are baking, prepare au jus according to packet instructions (or simmer homemade version using beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder).
8. Serve sliders warm, with au jus on the side for dipping.
