3 lbs crab legs (snow or Dungeness)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning ️
1 tsp paprika
1 lemon, juiced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Crab: Rinse the crab legs under cold water and set aside. Use kitchen shears to lightly crack the shells for easier eating. ✂️
Make the Garlic Butter: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in butter, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Cook the Crab: Add the crab legs to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes, ensuring the crab is heated through and coated evenly.
Add Freshness: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the crab and give it a final toss.
Serve: Transfer the crab legs to a platter or tray. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges and the remaining garlic butter sauce on the side for dipping.
