1. Prepare the Steaks:

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and brush them with olive oil.
Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub the seasoning evenly on both sides of the steaks.
2. Prepare the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
3. Grill the Steaks:

Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat.
Sear the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness. Remove steaks from the grill, tent with foil, and let them rest.
4. Grill the Shrimp:

Place shrimp on skewers for easier grilling.
Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
5. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
6. Assemble and Serve:

Drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over the steak and shrimp.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot.
Pro Tips:
Perfect Sear: Ensure your grill or pan is hot enough for a golden crust.
Rest the Meat: Let steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Side Suggestions: Pair with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, or a fresh green salad.
Enjoy this flavorful surf-and-turf dish for a dinner that’s guaranteed to impress!
