Prepare the Seafood:

If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or run them under cold water until thawed.
Preheat your oven to broil.
Sear the Scallops:

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Lobster:

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Place the lobster tails cut side up in the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Broil the Seafood:

Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil for 5-7 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
Combine and Serve:

Add the seared scallops back to the skillet, gently mixing them with the lobster and garlic butter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Tips
Pair this dish with a light pasta, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
You can add a splash of white wine to the garlic butter for extra flavor if desired.
