Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 teaspoon saffron threads

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Saffron Mash:

Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a pot.

Add saffron threads and enough water to cover the potatoes.

Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.

Mash with heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of butter until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper. Keep the mash warm.

  1. Cook the Lobster Bites:

In a large skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add lobster pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the lobster turns opaque and is just cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Serve:

Plate the saffron mash and top with the lobster bites.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Enjoy your lobster bites with saffron mash—a luxurious and flavorful dish!
