Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 fresh or frozen lobster tails
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika ️
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

Step by Step:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell, running lengthwise from end to end.
Gently pull the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and place it on top of the shell (“piggyback” style).
2️⃣ Create the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Bake the Lobster Tails:

Place the prepared lobster tails on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter sauce, ensuring each tail is well coated.
4️⃣ Cooking Time:

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
The lobster meat should be opaque and firm to the touch. For accuracy, ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5️⃣ Serve:

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the meat.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges for added brightness.
TIPS:
Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor and texture, but frozen ones work well if thawed properly.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter sauce for a hint of spice.
Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
