Ingredients:
1 lb ribeye steak
4 small potatoes, halved
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups mixed greens
1 tbsp ranch dressing (or your choice)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 4-5 minutes per side.
Add remaining butter to the skillet, melt, and spoon over the steak. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Toss mixed greens with ranch dressing for a simple salad.
Plate the steak with roasted potatoes and salad. Garnish with parsley. ️
