Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:


1 lb (450 g) whole mushrooms (white button or cremini)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim the stems if needed. Pat dry thoroughly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper
4. Toss mushrooms in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
5. Spread mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a roasting dish.
6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan (if using) before serving.
