Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp with Creamy Spinach Linguine

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What You Need:

* 2 salmon fillets
* ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
* 8 oz linguine
* 3 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream + ½ cup Parmesan
* 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
* Seasonings: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (optional)

 

How to Make It:

Cook linguine & drain.
Season & sear salmon until golden, then set aside.
Sauté shrimp in the same pan with butter & garlic until pink, then remove.
Make the sauce – add cream, Parmesan & let it thicken.
Stir in spinach & seasonings , then simmer.
Toss pasta in the sauce , then top with salmon & shrimp.
