Garlic Butter Steak Bites

โ€“ 1.5 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch bites
โ€“ 4 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
โ€“ 1 tsp dried thyme
โ€“ Salt and pepper, to taste โ—๏ธ

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat skillet to medium-high .
2. In a bowl, mix garlic, butter, and thyme.
3. Add steak bites and coat with garlic butter mixture.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
5. Season with salt and pepper.

Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients:

โ€“ 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
โ€“ 2 cups heavy cream
โ€“ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ€“ 1 tsp dried basil
โ€“ Salt and pepper, to taste โ—๏ธ
โ€“ 2 tbsp unsalted butter

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF .
2. Cook pasta shells al dente.
3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and basil.
4. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in butter until melted.
6. Stuff cooked pasta shells with creamy sauce and top with extra Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
