– 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– Salt & pepper (to taste)
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
*For the creamy parmesan shells:*
– 2 cups medium shell pasta
– 1½ cups heavy cream
– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp onion powder
– Salt & pepper (to taste)

1. *Cook the pasta*: Boil the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. *Prepare the steak bites*: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
3. *Add garlic & butter*: Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to coat the steak in the butter-garlic mixture. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. *Make the creamy parmesan sauce*: In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
5. *Combine pasta & cheese*: Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked shell pasta, stirring to coat evenly.
6. *Assemble & serve*: Plate the creamy parmesan shells and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
