Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles

For the Steak:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Noodles:
8 oz noodles (lo mein, fettuccine, or ramen)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cook the Steak:
In a bowl, toss sliced steak with soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Noodles:
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
Combine & Serve:
Toss cooked noodles into the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Add the seared steak back into the skillet and mix well.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Total Time: 20 minutes
