Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Preheat your grill or oven broiler to high heat.
Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails down the center of the shell and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add a spoonful of garlic butter to each steak as it cooks.
While the steak rests, place the lobster tails on the grill or under the broiler for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Serve the steak and lobster with additional garlic butter and fresh lemon wedges.
