Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

 

Directions:

Prep the Ingredients:

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice sausage into ½-inch thick rounds.

Sear the Sausage:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear sausage slices until browned on both sides (about 4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Broccoli:

Add another tbsp of olive oil to the same skillet. Toss in broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until vibrant green and just tender. Set aside with sausage.

Cook the Shrimp:

Add final tbsp of oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Add shrimp, paprika, black pepper, and soy sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Combine & Serve:

Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together for 2 more minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve hot!
