Ghost Pepper Steak with Haunted Bourbon Cream Sauce

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

4 steaks of your choice (ribeye or sirloin)
1 ghost pepper, finely chopped ️
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

 

 Instructions:

1️⃣ Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook them to your desired doneness, then remove and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the ghost pepper until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add bourbon and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
4️⃣ Pour sauce over steaks and serve.

Notes :

◻️ Be careful when handling ghost peppers—wear gloves to avoid irritation.
◻️ Serve with mashed potatoes to balance the heat
