Ingredients:

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for some heat)

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions:

1. First, fire up your grill and set it to medium-high heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if you’re feeling adventurous. Make sure those chicken bites are coated evenly!
