Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bowl:

1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Chopped chives, for garnish

Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss to coat.
Grill the Chicken: Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide mashed potatoes and black beans between bowls. Top with grilled chicken. Garnish with chives.
