For the chicken:

4 chicken strips

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of honey

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

For the creamy sesame sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

1 tablespoon chopped coriander

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 chopped garlic clove

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken strips, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Mixing to coat.

Grilling Chicken: Grill chicken strips over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until well cooked through.

Prepare the creamy sesame sauce: in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sesame seeds, coriander, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Serve: Arrange grilled chicken thighs on a plate and sprinkle with creamy sesame sauce.

Tips and tricks:

Spice it up: Add more cayenne pepper or a pinch of red chili flakes to the chicken marinade.

Make it a meal: serve chicken over rice, pasta or veggies.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
