For the Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber (grated and squeezed dry)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Fresh Salad:
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped, for garnish)

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken:

Toss chicken strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
2️⃣ Make the Tzatziki Sauce:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Arrange grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
Add a generous dollop of tzatziki and garnish with fresh dill.
