Ingredients:

Grilled white fish fillets

White rice with diced bell peppers and peas

Chopped salad with red onion, bell peppers, peas, avocado

Olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice

Preparation:

Grill fish with lemon juice and herbs. Serve with vegetable rice and fresh salad.

2. Grilled Chicken & Potato Bowl (Top Right)

Ingredients:

Grilled chicken breast

Roasted baby potatoes

White rice

Fresh salad: lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado

Dressing: olive oil + lemon

 

Preparation:

Grill seasoned chicken, roast potatoes, and serve everything together with a light salad.

3. Chicken Veggie Stir-Fry with Potatoes (Bottom Left)

Ingredients:

Chicken breast chunks

Broccoli, bell peppers, carrots

Boiled baby potatoes

Steamed white rice

Soy sauce, garlic, olive oil

Preparation:

Stir-fry chicken with garlic and vegetables. Serve with potatoes and rice.

4. Spiced Fish with Lentils & Rice (Bottom Right)

Ingredients:

Seasoned, pan-fried fish fillet

Cooked brown lentils

Steamed rice

Red onion, chopped tomato, cilantro

Preparation:

Pan-fry the fish with spices, serve on rice with lentils and a garnish of fresh veggies.
