For the Seafood:
2 lobster tails, split in half
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 sea scallops, patted dry
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
For the Creamy Herb Sauce:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the Grill:

Heat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates.
Prepare the Seafood:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Brush the lobster, shrimp, and scallops with the mixture.
Drizzle melted butter and lemon juice over the seafood.
Grill the Seafood:

Place lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the shell turns bright red and the meat is opaque.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly firm.
Make the Creamy Herb Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until smooth.
Add parsley, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble & Serve:

Arrange the grilled lobster, shrimp, and scallops on a plate.
Drizzle with the creamy herb sauce and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
