2 (1 lb each) ribeye steaks
2 tbsp olive oil ️
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper ️
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. ️
Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes.
Mix butter with dill and thyme. Spread 2 tbsp of herb butter on each steak while hot.
Slice steaks, garnish with extra thyme, and serve immediately.
