Ingredients
For the Seafood:
2 lobster tails, split in half
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ lb baby potatoes, parboiled
2 ears corn, cut into pieces
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
Salt to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Grill & Parboil Potatoes:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Boil baby potatoes for 10 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
2️⃣ Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, parsley, and honey.
3️⃣ Grill the Seafood & Veggies:
Brush lobster, shrimp, and potatoes with half of the lemon butter sauce.
Grill lobster tails shell-side down for 5–6 minutes until opaque.
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Grill potatoes & corn until golden brown with crispy edges.
4️⃣ Toss Everything Together & Serve!
Drizzle remaining lemon butter sauce over the grilled seafood and veggies.
Garnish with fresh parsley & lemon wedges.
