 INGREDIENTS:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb beef steak such as sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Chimichurri:
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

STEP 1: PREPARE THE GRILL AND INGREDIENTS
– Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the shrimp and beef cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
