Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

4 cups cooked pasta (rotini or elbow macaroni works great)

 

Preparation:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Add the cream of mushroom soup to the cooked beef, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 4: In the prepared baking dish, layer the cooked pasta, then pour the beef and soup mixture on top. Stir gently to combine.

Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 7: Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
