Ingredients:
For the Steak and Shrimp:
โ 250g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
โ 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
โ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
โ 1 tablespoon butter
โ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
โ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Fried Rice:
โ 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
โ 1 egg, beaten
โ 1/2 cup frozen corn
โ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
โ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
โ 1 tablespoon butter
For the Vegetables:
โ 1 cup broccoli florets
โ 1/2 zucchini, sliced
โ 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
โ 1/2 onion, chopped
โ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
โ 1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and butter.
2. Season the steak and shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
5. Add butter to the pan and sautรฉ the vegetables with soy sauce for 5 minutes until tender but crisp. Remove and set aside.
6. For the fried rice, push the vegetables to one side and scramble the egg on the other side of the pan.
7. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well. Cook for another 3 minutes.
8. Serve the steak, shrimp, vegetables, and fried rice together on a plate.
