I found this one on a soup group!

Homemade Beef, Tomato and bow-tie macaroni soup.

I don’t follow a recipe. I have a few of my favorite soups that I just know what to throw in.

I start off with beef broth or beef stock. Again, I don’t usually use an exact amount, for this particular Dutch oven, (it’s on the smaller side), I used 1 large containers, it’s the wider box, or 2 smaller boxes.

Then I added a large can of petite tomatoes, and I use a lot of diced onion. I add fresh pressed garlic, pepper, garlic salt and powder, oregano, basil, and a few bay leaves. I bring all this to a boil then simmer until onions are cooked. And until seasoning is well mixed, I also add more spices to taste.

Then I cook the meat, I usually buy very lean meat, I have 2 and half pounds in the soup. Add the beef, and some tomato sauce. This gives more taste and a little thickness.

Then I will add some brown sugar to offset all the acidity. Add to taste, usually not more than a tablespoon, possibly.

And simmer for about 40 minutes

Then add in the pasta❤️
