For the Dough

For the Toppings:
โ 1/2 cup pizza sauce
โ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
โ Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, sausage, etc.)
Instructions
โ In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
โ Add the flour, salt, and oil. Mix until a dough forms.
โ Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
โ Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Preheat your oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
โ Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
โ Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.
4. *Add Toppings:*
โ Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
โ Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
โ Add your favorite toppings.
-Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
