– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Spicy mayo for serving (1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with sriracha to taste)

Step 1: Prepare The Shrimp
– Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the honey mixture.

Step 2: Wrap The Shrimp
– Take a half slice of bacon and wrap it around each shrimp, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat until all shrimp are wrapped.

Step 3: Air Fry The Shrimp
– Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.

Step 4: Serve
– Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with spicy mayo on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
