3 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley & lemon slices, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on the tray. Brush generously with the glaze.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on thickness) until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
Garnish & Serve:
Top with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot with rice, roasted veggies, or salad.
