Prepare the Pork Chops: Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F). Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Coat the Pork Chops: Return the cooked pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve the honey garlic pork chops with your favorite side dishes.

These honey garlic pork chops are sweet, savory, and bursting with flavor—an easy and delicious dinner option!
