โ€“ 2 tbsp soy sauce
โ€“ 1 tbsp olive oil
โ€“ 1 tsp minced garlic
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste

For Roasted Vegetables:
โ€“ 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
โ€“ 2 tbsp olive oil
โ€“ 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
