Ingredients
2–4 ears of corn, husked
Water
Salt (optional)
Butter (optional)
Method
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Add the corn. (Add a pinch of salt if you like.)

1–2 tbsp butter or oil

Optional: garlic, paprika, herbs, lime

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add butter or oil.
3. Add corn kernels and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and any extras you like.
