8 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Filling:

In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the cooked meat.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:

Lay each lasagna noodle flat. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of the ricotta-meat mixture onto each noodle.
Roll the noodles tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish with a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom.
Add Sauce and Cheese:

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
