Juicy Steak & Shrimp Breakfast Platter

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 ribeye steak (12 oz)
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 large eggs
1 cup diced potatoes
½ red bell pepper, chopped ️
½ green bell pepper, chopped ️
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 biscuit
Fresh parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

Cook the Steak: Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add a pat of butter and parsley on top, then rest for 5 minutes.
Sauté Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Set aside.
Make Hash Browns: In another skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add diced potatoes and bell peppers, cooking for 10 minutes until crispy and golden. Season with salt and pepper. ️
Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. In a non-stick pan, melt 1 tsp butter and scramble eggs until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Assemble & Serve: Plate the steak, topped with shrimp. Add a side of scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a warm biscuit. Garnish with parsley.
