2 large yellow onions, cut into thick slices (about 1.5 cm)
300 g ground beef (or 2 ground steaks)
4 slices of cheese (cheddar, gouda or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper
Butter or oil for cooking
(Optional) Burger sauce, mustard, pickles, etc.
Instructions:
Prepare the onion rings: Cut the onions into thick rings without separating them. Brown over medium heat in a pan with a little butter until nicely browned and tender (about 5β7 min on each side). To book.
Form the steaks: Form 4 small steaks with the ground meat. Salt, pepper.
Cook the steaks: Grill in a hot pan for 2β3 minutes on each side (or to your preferred doneness). Add the slices of cheese to the steaks at the end of cooking so that it melts.
