Korean BBQ Meatballs with Mayo Spicy Sauce

For the Meatballs:

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper black
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
For Mayo’s hot sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 scoop of Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Make the meatballs: in a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix it up well. Shape in little meatballs.
Cook the meatballs: heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until they are brown all over. Remove from pan and set aside.
Make Mayo Hot Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder.
Serve: Serve the meatballs with Mayo’s hot sauce.
Consejos:

You can use any kind of ground beef you’d like for this recipe.
For a hot sauce, add more sriracha.
Serve the meatballs with your favorite sides, like rice, noodles or a green salad.
